1. التعريفات

يقصد بـ "الشركة" أو "نحن" أو "لنا" شركة ميديا زوون لتجارة الجملة والتجزئة، المالكة والمشغلة لعلامة Eagle Prime. ويقصد بـ "العميل" أو "المستخدم" كل شخص يستخدم الموقع أو يقوم بإجراء عملية شراء.

2. استخدام الموقع

يجب استخدام الموقع لأغراض قانونية فقط.
يمنع استخدام الموقع بأي طريقة قد تؤثر على أمنه أو أدائه.
يحظر محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمة الموقع أو بياناته.
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة المعلومات التي يقدمها.

3. الحسابات

تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
لا يؤثر تعديل الأسعار على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها بالفعل.

5. الطلبات

يعتبر الطلب المرسل عبر الموقع طلب شراء فقط، ولا يعتبر مقبولًا بشكل نهائي إلا بعد تأكيده من قبل الشركة.

يجوز للشركة رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات مثل:

6. الدفع

8. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال المنشورة على الموقع، والتي تعتبر جزءًا من هذه الشروط.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والشعارات والتصاميم والرسومات والهوية التجارية والمحتوى، مملوكة لشركة Eagle Prime أو مرخص باستخدامها.
